National Seafood Month

October is National Seafood Month and here at Hello Betty, we know a thing or two about seafood. Prepared daily by our Chefs, we use the freshest and most locally sourced ingredients. Working in conjunction with local fisherman has allowed us to provide our guests with some of the best seafood the Pacific Ocean has to offer. Whether it’s Pacific Cod for our delectable fish and chips or our always popular Pacific Rockfish Daily Catch, we find ourselves coming back again and again to the fantastic bounty of the ocean. We don’t just specialize in fish though! From the crisp saltiness of the Kumiai from Baja California to the plump and meaty Grassy Bar from Morro Bay, California, we’re providing our guests with a rotating selection of mouthwatering oysters daily. You’ll find other scrumptious seafood at Hello Betty too! Like our Shrimp & Cheese Stuffed Jalapeños, Baja Stone Crab & Cheese Dip, or our West Coast Seafood Boil with shrimp, clams, and mussels. Not only is seafood great to eat, it’s also very beneficial health wise! You will find many fish contain a rich plethora of Vitamins A, B, and D as well as Omega-3 fatty acids. Omega-3 acids have been shown to be a benefit to the heart, brain, joints, skin, and immune system! Eating great food that’s also good for you is a win win!
