Who can believe that March is here already?! We at Hello Betty certainly can’t! With spring officially starting March 20th we are thrilled to welcome the warm sunny Oceanside weather we all know and love. Spring is a time of rejuvenation, celebration, and growth. It makes us think of those relaxing weekends off from work, lounging at the beach, enjoying the warm weather, and the array of blooming flowers that can be found. It also makes us think of brunch! Easter brunch!
Speaking of rejuvenation, did you know that on Easter weekend we’ll be rolling out our new updated brunch menu!? It’s true and on April 1st we’ll be holding our Easter brunch from 10 am – 2 pm and our regular menu from 11 am – 9 pm. We’ll have our classics like our Stone Crab & Avocado Salad, Smoked Fish Benny, and Surfer Burrito!
But now we’ll be offering some new delights such our Acai Bowl and Cinnamon Rolls for two with Bailey’s icing! Chef Jared has also been hard at work smoking and curing Opah Chorizo which will be available with all of our Baja Breakfast selections! We will be taking reservations for parties up to 15 the entire day. So be sure to make a reservation and take that extra time to enjoy a fantastic Easter morning with the family. After brunch, be sure to head upstairs for our always phenomenal rooftop deck complete with a bar and views of the Oceanside Pier.
